How do I connect my iGlucose meter to my account?

Good news! You can now connect your iGlucose meter to your Cornerstones4Care® Powered by Glooko account to sync data from your iGlucose account in near real-time.

NOTE: Before connecting your iGlucose meter to your account, you must have at least one reading on your meter. After connecting your meter, up to one year of data will be retrieved from your iGlucose account.

To connect your iGlucose meter

  1. Open the Cornerstones4Care® Powered by Glooko app on your mobile device.
  2. Tap Sync at the top-right of the screen.

  3. Tap New Device.

  4. Tap to place a checkmark beside Blood Glucose Meters, then tap Continue.

  5. Tap to place a checkmark beside iGlucose, then tap Add.

  6. Enter your iGlucose meter's Serial Number and your Last Reading (value), then tap Next
    • NOTE: The Serial Number is the 7-digit number found on the back of your device.

  7. Follow the on-screen prompts to connect your iGlucose meter. A confirmation screen will display indicating that your meter is now connected.
    • You will have the option to Manage Devices or View Data.
